[ ] Battery/solar power station sized for must-run devices
[ ] Know your must-run list (medical, fridge cycle, phones)
[ ] Charge everything when a storm is forecast

FOOD & COLD
[ ] Coolers and ice/ice packs ready
[ ] Plan for the fridge and freezer (keep doors closed)
[ ] No-cook food on hand

HEAT / COOLING
[ ] Non-electric heat or cooling source
[ ] Fuel stored safely and rotated regularly

INFORMATION
[ ] Hand-crank or battery radio
[ ] Written contact list (phones die)

LIGHT
[ ] Lanterns, headlamps, and candles in every room
[ ] Spare batteries and matches/lighter

POSTED PLAN
[ ] Written checklist where the family can see it
